Business Development Officer

Location: Riyadh Province, KSA

+ Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to establish partnerships with brands, negotiate compelling offers for students, and oversee the onboarding process for new partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the market, and a passion for driving growth.


+ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Handle the end-to-end onboarding process for partner brands, including creating and editing brand profile pages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date brand data within the CRM system.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with partner companies.
• Participate in internal meetings to align strategies and objectives.
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to team success.
• Stay informed on market trends to identify new opportunities.


+ Requirements:

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Word, and CRM tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of the market and business development techniques.
• Previous experience in business development is a plus.
