Job Title: Business Development Officer - GES

Location: AL Khobar/AL Jubail/Riyadh/Jeddah/Yanbu, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

Position Summary:

This role involves new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help the GES team in the Middle East's business grow.

Responsibility and Authority:

  1. Strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets across Saudi Arabia to enhance the operation of the business, position, and reputation.
  2. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services, and new ways of reaching existing markets.
  3. Conduct strong market analysis.
  4. Meet with clients and customers to offer them value-added services for business growth.
  5. Foster and develop relationships with existing customers/clients.
  6. Understand the needs of customers and respond effectively with a plan to meet these needs.
  7. Work strategically, carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.
  8. Organize and attend public and private events, expos, and seminars to analyze new market trends and guide management about future actions.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in environment, health and safety, or any relevant discipline.
  2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development of green energy, hydrogen, and sustainability with a public safety organization across KSA.
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and marketing skills required.
