Job Description

We are growing and currently seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Officer to join our qualified team at our Regional Office in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Compile prequalification exercises and registration documents for your region, under supervision and approval.
• Assist the BSD Supervisor with daily tasks, clerical work, and paperwork.
• Organize photographic archives and prepare project lists and materials for prequalification.
• Maintain and update project document archives in line with the IMS Quality System.
• Contribute content for the company's website, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Maintain a central filing system for submissions, publicity materials, and translations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational industrial or EPC construction environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving ability with a positive attitude.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
