Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead business development and marketing efforts for a high-profile transportation project. The role focuses on crafting and executing social media marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and driving customer growth and revenue.

Responsibilities :

1. Business Development :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government entities, corporate clients, and private organizations to enhance visibility and usage of the service.

Develop tailored offers for specific market segments, including educational institutions and corporate clients.

2. Marketing Strategy :

Develop and implement annual marketing plans to increase brand awareness and revenue.

Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.

Collaborate with stakeholders to position the service as a leading travel option in the region.

3. Social Media Campaigns :

Plan, manage, and optimize creative social media marketing campaigns to engage and attract target audiences.

Monitor social media metrics and trends to ensure campaigns align with brand strategies and deliver desired outcomes.

Manage content creation, posting schedules, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

4. Team Leadership :

Oversee a team of marketing and business development professionals, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.

Monitor and analyze team KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary.

5. Performance Analysis :

Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns using data-driven insights.

Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience : 5+ years in marketing, business development, or social media campaign management. Previous experience in transportation or service industries is a plus.

Skills :

Proven expertise in creating and managing social media campaigns.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
