Job Title: Business Development Manager – Staffing & Outsourcing
Job Location : Riyadh, KSA.
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for generating new business leads, closing contracts, and expanding our client base for staff augmentation, contract staffing, permanent recruitment, and outsourcing services. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between client workforce needs and our talent delivery capabilities, with a focus on consultative selling and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients for contract staffing, permanent recruitment, hiring, and outsourcing services.
- Generate leads via cold calling, networking events, job portals, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across verticals.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop customized proposals and staffing solutions based on client hiring trends and project demands.
- Meet or exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals).
3. Client Consultation & Relationship Building
- Engage with decision-makers including HR heads, Talent Acquisition leads, CEOs, and Procurement Managers.
- Conduct need analysis, understand hiring pain points, and recommend optimal workforce solutions.
- Maintain long-term relationships through periodic reviews, satisfaction surveys, and upselling opportunities.
4. Coordination with Operations Teams
- Work closely with recruitment and HR Operations team to ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
- Monitor the recruitment process, coordinate client interviews, and ensure timely closures.
- Manage expectations and feedback between clients and recruitment teams.
5. Contract Negotiation & Compliance
- Negotiate commercial terms, payment cycles, and SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, outsourcing regulations, and contract staffing norms.
- Draft and review MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs in coordination with the legal team.
Skills
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 5–7 years in business development/sales in the staffing or outsourcing industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of staffing and outsourcing delivery models, and contractual workforce trends.
- Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho), ATS platforms, and Excel reporting.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Experience in preparing client proposals and pitch decks.
- Negotiation: Ability to close large deals with a strong understanding of margins, markups, and delivery timelines.
