You will be working with a company established in 1986, this Saudi insurance provider operates under cooperative principles aligned with Islamic Shariah. It serves individuals and businesses with a wide range of products, including health, motor, property, and Takaful. With SAR 1.25 billion in capital, it ranks among the top insurers in the region, generating over SAR 14 billion in premiums.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across insurance lines (e.g., health, motor, property, Takaful).
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of business proposals and pitches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and underwriting teams to design and promote insurance solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Achieve growth targets and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
