You will be working with a company established in 1986, a Saudi insurance provider operating under cooperative principles aligned with Islamic Shariah. It serves individuals and businesses with products including health, motor, property, and Takaful. With SAR 1.25 billion in capital, it ranks among the top insurers in the region, generating over SAR 14 billion in premiums.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across insurance lines (e.g., health, motor, property, Takaful).
  2. Build and maintain long-term client relationships with corporate and individual clients.
  3. Lead the preparation and delivery of business proposals and pitches.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and underwriting teams to design and promote insurance solutions.
  5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  6. Achieve growth targets and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
  7. Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  3. Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Fluent in Arabic and English.
