As a Business Development Manager – Catering & Camps Operations, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the footprint in the catering, remote site services, and workforce accommodation sectors. You will work closely with operations, procurement, and senior leadership teams to develop winning strategies, secure new contracts, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth in catering and camps operations.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in industrial catering, labor camps, remote site services, and related segments.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, government entities, and project stakeholders.
- Responding to RFQs, tenders, and proposals, ensuring competitive and high-quality submissions.
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential partnerships.
- Working with the operations and finance teams to prepare pricing models and service-level agreements.
- Representing the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new accounts.
- Tracking sales performance and providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
- Supporting branding and marketing efforts to strengthen the company’s positioning in the market.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in business development, preferably in catering, hospitality, remote site services, or facilities management.
- Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale catering or camp service contracts.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop customized business solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and proposal management software.
