Business Development Manager (Rail & Road)

Responsibilities:

Develop business strategies aligned with company goals, financial targets, and policies.
Create business plans and budgets, including account management and regional plans.
Monitor revenue, profits, expenses, and support market and customer growth.
Lead initiatives to develop new business and increase DHL's visibility among prospects.
Build relationships with targeted prospects and lead sales efforts.
Conduct market and feasibility studies to assess potential.
Identify new opportunities through research and marketing initiatives.
Engage with government and relevant authorities for business development.
Secure profitable relationships with key clients.
Develop leads, prepare proposals, and support negotiations.
Communicate with peers about sales issues and market feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Improve existing methods and resolve complex problems.
Negotiate with skeptical clients and stakeholders.
Supervise and motivate the sales team, including recruitment and coaching.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Over 6 years of relevant experience
