Help AG is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager - Oil & Gas to oversee a specific industry within the Saudi Arabia market. The role involves identifying new opportunities for Help AG's products and services, coordinating activities with management and vendor partners, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Business Development Manager will be supported by Help AG's marketing efforts, reputation, and a team of security experts. They will serve as the primary contact for customers, engaging with target clients via phone, email, and meetings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction for existing clients and prospects.
  2. Structure market, customer, and opportunity assessments; prioritize activities.
  3. Identify new business opportunities.
  4. Generate additional revenue streams.
  5. Maintain and expand existing business relationships.
  6. Achieve a minimum revenue target of USD 5 million annually.
  7. Coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC) and tender processes.
  8. Support the finance team in collecting accounts receivables.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 5 years of successful experience in the Riyadh region, specializing in IT networking or information security.
  3. Deep knowledge of the oil and gas sector, including key players and industry challenges.
  4. Proven ability to pursue and close business opportunities, driving revenue and client acquisition.
  5. Strong relationships within the Oil & Gas industry.
  6. Experience in presentations, demos, proposals, RFPs, and tenders.
  7. Skilled in identifying decision-makers and engaging in management-level negotiations.
  8. Familiarity with key security tools and vendors like Splunk, F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.
  9. Sales certifications from relevant vendors.
  10. Commitment to managing long-term client relationships.
  11. Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders.
  12. Understanding customer security requirements and mapping appropriate solutions.
  13. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  14. Flexible and adaptable work approach.
  15. Active listening skills.
  16. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  17. Customer-focused attitude.
  18. Solutions selling expertise.
  19. Knowledge of Information Security Solutions.
