The Role:

B-Engaged is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the KSA office. Reporting to the GM, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and driving revenue growth in the region.

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client objectives.

What does the role involve?

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and develop new business opportunities within KSA, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across various industries.
  2. Sales Strategy: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies, targeting both short-term wins and long-term growth.
  3. Account Management: Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring the delivery of services and client experience. Support the development of customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  4. Market Research & Trends Analysis: Keep a pulse on local market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities in KSA to provide strategic insights and stay ahead of the curve.
  5. Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through new business acquisition, renewals, and upselling. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
  6. Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance and analyze client feedback to identify new opportunities.
  7. Networking & Industry Representation: Represent B-Engaged at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in KSA.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in business development or sales roles, with a focus on digital marketing, media, or the tech industry. Experience in the KSA market is preferred.
  2. Knowledge & Skills:
    • A passion and understanding of the sports business industry.
    • Proven track record of business development, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with a focus on social media, brand strategy, and performance marketing.
    • Knowledge of local market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics in KSA.
  3. Strategic Mindset:
    • Strong ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and align strategies with company goals for sustainable growth.
    • Develop and present proposals and strategic documents that address client needs and business objectives.
    • Conduct market analysis and prospect industry trends to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Right to work in Saudi Arabia
