Müller's Solutions is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Managed Services division. In this critical role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing business development strategies to drive growth and expand our market presence. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance their operations.

Your leadership skills and business acumen will be essential in guiding the business development team to achieve sales targets, build strategic partnerships, and foster long-term client relationships. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to successfully promote our Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies for the Managed Services sector
  2. Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  4. Conduct market analysis and identify trends to keep the company competitive and innovative
  5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
  6. Prepare and present detailed proposals, reports, and presentations for prospective and current clients
  7. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends, adjusting strategies as required
  8. Represent Müller's Solutions at industry events and conferences to promote our Managed Services offerings
Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  2. 5+ years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in the IT or Managed Services industry
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and client needs
