Job Description:

We seek a strategicBusiness Development Managerto lead the growth of our Low Voltage (LV) product line (circuit breakers, contactors, overload relays, motor starters) in Riyadh’s Al Wurud area. This role demands a results-driven professional with deep expertise in LV products, market trends, and client relationship management to expand our footprint across industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
  • Identify new clients, sectors, and growth opportunities for LV products.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, stakeholders, and industry players.
  • Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align strategies.
  • Represent DASH at B2B meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team to exceed departmental goals.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and report performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • 8–15 yearsof experience in business development/technical sales of LV electrical products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record in Saudi Arabia’s market (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
