Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Partnership-Based) to spearhead growth in staff augmentation and software services across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a robust network within the IT industry, capable of forming strategic partnerships and expanding market presence. Compensation will be performance-based, structured around revenue sharing, offering high earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic business development and partnership models for IT staffing and software solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our footprint in KSA.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, revenue-sharing models, and service contracts.
Client & Partner Relationship Management:- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and IT decision-makers in enterprises and government sectors.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions in IT staffing, managed services, and software development.
- Represent the company in negotiations and high-value contract discussions.
Staff Augmentation & Talent Solutions:- Coordinate with recruitment teams for sourcing and deploying skilled IT professionals.
- Develop flexible engagement models and SLAs for staff augmentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and visa requirements for expatriates.
Software Services & Digital Transformation:- Identify opportunities for selling custom software, cloud solutions, AI applications, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design client-centric solutions.
- Establish strategic alliances with technology vendors, system integrators, and digital transformation leaders.
Market Expansion & Networking:- Build relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and local business councils.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking to generate leads.
- Support marketing efforts with targeted campaigns and thought leadership content.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or partnership management within staff augmentation, IT services, or software solutions.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, regulations, and industry trends.
- Proven success in closing high-value contracts and forming long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
- Strong network among decision-makers in banking, telecom, healthcare, oil & gas, and government sectors.
- Experience working with remote teams, recruitment partners, and offshore delivery models.
