Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving strategic growth in the digital solutions sector? We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Clients innovative team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role

As the new Business Development Manager, you will spearhead our growth initiatives in the Contact Center Solutions and BPO sectors. This pivotal role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and implementing revenue-driven strategies to maximize their market presence in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with organizational goals
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries
  3. Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions
  4. Design tailored outsourcing solutions that address client needs and industry trends
  5. Lead contract negotiations and proposal development for high-value client commitments
  6. Represent the company at industry events and forums as a thought leader
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions

Experience

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within technology or digital solutions
  2. At least 5 years of experience in the BPO sector, with experience selling CCaaS, CPaaS, or SaaS focusing on business expansion and outsourcing solutions
  3. Strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at senior levels
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
