Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop business development strategies aligned with company goals and policies.
  2. Create business plans and budgets, including account management strategies.
  3. Monitor revenue, profit, and expense objectives; foster market and customer growth.
  4. Initiate new business development initiatives and maximize exposure.
  5. Lead sales efforts to establish relationships with prospects.
  6. Conduct market and feasibility studies.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and marketing initiatives.
  8. Engage with government authorities and relevant stakeholders.
  9. Build profitable relationships with key customers.
  10. Develop leads, prepare proposals, and support negotiations.
  11. Lead negotiations to secure new customers and support team efforts.
  12. Communicate sales and business insights with peers.
  13. Stay informed on market trends and adapt plans accordingly.
  14. Enhance business development methods and resolve complex problems.
  15. Convince skeptical external parties and decision-makers.
  16. Supervise and motivate the sales team, supporting performance management.
  17. Recruit, develop, and coach team members.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, Negotiation, CRM, and related fields. Education: Bachelor's Degree. Experience: Over 6 years.
