Business Development Manager - Drainage Solutions

Sector: Civil Engineering, infrastructure

Estimated Salary: SAR 20K to 25K per month total package + Private Medical Insurance + Annual Flight Ticket + Bonus (performance based)

Work Location: Remote - KSA (Riyadh or Jeddah)

Scope of work

Looking for a self starter with business development experience in the civil infrastructure sector, who can work independently and travel across KSA to pitch storm water solutions; networking with prospective clients who are part of large scale infrastructure and giga projects there.

You will be tasked with finding licensing, working with the operations team to find 3rd parties for manufacturing, testing of products and approvals by government. You will work with 3rd party distributors appointed by the regional HQ in the UAE, and represent the main company on the ground in KSA, creating a brand presence there.

This role is not suited to someone from a Contractor or Consultancy background, as former business development and sales experience is required.

You will be tasked with managing the entire KSA country and business on the ground, working with Independence, to establish and build the business opportunity there.

Required Profile

5+ years experience in business development / sales for infrastructure projects in KSA.

Must be willing and able to travel across KSA frequently to meet with prospective clients.

Familiarity and network amongst infrastructure and storm water and drainage solutions for the giga projects in KSA.

Must have excellent presentation skills, be a networker, who has the ability to build relationships and open doors in the KSA market. A team player who knows when to draw in the technical teams from the business to assist and accompany on key client meetings and proposals.

Fluency in English and Arabic language (both written and verbal) is essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably) or Mechanical Engineering
