2. Job Purpose:
VIDSCOLA is seeking a dynamic and credible Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our full portfolio, including Agile Transformation Services, Atlassian Solutions, DevOps Enablement, and Training Services, across the Middle East region. This role demands a strategic thinker who thrives in consultative sales, can engage confidently with executive stakeholders, and is passionate about delivering value centric solutions that create lasting impact.
3. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Build, nurture, and manage a strong pipeline across target sectors, driving both new client acquisition and existing account development.
- Client Engagement: Lead consultative discussions with client stakeholders, including executive-level engagements, to understand challenges and align VIDSCOLA's solutions effectively.
- Solution Selling: Deliver credible demonstrations of Atlassian products and associated solutions to clients, showcasing how they enable business agility, operational efficiency, and transformation success.
- Opportunity Management: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through closure, working collaboratively with the Regional Head of Business Development.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously gather insights on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activities to adapt strategies and positioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with presales consultants, technical experts, delivery teams, and marketing functions to ensure cohesive and targeted customer engagement.
- Account Development: Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing clients to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using the company's CRM and reporting tools.
4. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 710 years of proven experience in B2B solutions sales.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is essential.
- Strong consultative selling capabilities with a value-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales engagements with executive level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Comfortable with a hybrid working environment and frequent travel across the Middle East.
5. Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling technology consulting services, Agile transformation services, DevOps enablement, or Atlassian solutions.
- Previous exposure to enterprise sectors such as Banking, Government, Telecom, and Technology in the Middle East region.
- Hands-on experience in delivering or coordinating product demos and solution workshops.

- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Growth of qualified pipeline value and opportunity conversion rates.
- Acquisition of new clients and expansion within existing accounts.
- Customer engagement metrics: number of meetings, proposals submitted, demos delivered.
- Customer satisfaction and post-sales feedback quality.
