Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Riyadh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Transtek Systems' software solutions. Daily tasks include market research, sales strategy development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive both direct sales and channel sales management activities across the Kingdom
2. Identify and close new opportunities in government and enterprise sectors
3. Develop and manage relationships with resellers, implementation partners, and system integrators
4. Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
5. Represent Mojodat in client meetings, product presentations, events, and industry engagements

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of B2B software sales experience (EAM or ERP)
2. Experience in channel development and partner relationship management
3. Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close enterprise-level deals
4. Strong client relationship-building and maintenance skills
5. Proficiency in promoting software solutions and achieving sales targets
6. Experience in the software industry, particularly in the kingdom
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
