Overview:
MSelect is seeking a Business Development Manager for our office in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the recruitment industry or in a similar role. Fluency in English is essential. The role involves building and maintaining relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and sustain strong relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
  2. Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Identify potential clients in the target market and execute strategies to secure their business.
  5. Meet with prospective clients to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
  6. Encourage existing clients by creating and improving proposals and tenders.
  7. Utilize various communication tools such as emailing, calling, and more to reach out to clients.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support.
  9. Maintain relationships with current clients and assist with their requests.
  10. Perform additional duties or tasks as required.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the services and consultancy industry.
  3. Fluency in English and proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  6. Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  7. Effective communication skills, with experience in recruitment or sales within the Energy, Process, or Infrastructure industry preferred.
  8. Experience working in a recruitment agency environment is preferred.
  9. Detail-oriented.
