Overview

The Business Development Manager leads the company’s efforts to open new markets, build strategic relationships with government and private clients, and secure new agencies and product lines to drive revenue growth and diversify income streams.

Skills
  • Strong knowledge of government tendering platforms (Etimad, Monafasat) and contracting procedures.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships with government entities, mega-projects (NEOM, Qiddiya, Aramco, Ma’aden), and major contractors.
  • Solid understanding of heavy equipment, aftermarket parts, and industrial sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to identify and secure new agencies/OEM partnerships.
  • Strong market and competitor analysis skills.
  • High adaptability, self-motivation, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
