Responsibilities and Duties

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for manpower supply in the private sector.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations tailored to client manpower needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR departments, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and promote services.

Operational Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of manpower resources.
  • Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to continuously improve business development strategies.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed annual manpower supply targets ranging from 600 to 1000 workers, ensuring all contractual obligations and quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the manpower supply or HR services industry.
  • Currently serving in a senior leadership position (e.g., Sales & Marketing Manager or Business Development Manager).
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, manpower mobilization procedures, and private sector expectations.
  • Proven ability to secure and manage large-scale manpower contracts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
