Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research and analysis to drive company growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  3. Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with company objectives and maximize profitability.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that effectively promote products and services.
  5. Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the company and its clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and improve overall business performance.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing value propositions.
  8. Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
  9. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and brand reputation.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a competitive industry.
  3. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international engagement.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and persuade stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being comfortable with independent decision-making.
  8. Cultural awareness and adaptability to navigate diverse business environments and build relationships across borders.
