Al-Ayuni is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives across infrastructure, construction, industrial, and service sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in opportunity identification, prequalification, and partnership development, with a proven track record of supporting major projects and expanding market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new project opportunities within target sectors.
  • Conduct sector research, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Lead the preparation of EOIs, RFQs, and prequalification submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Operations) for bid compliance.
  • Manage and update centralized business development pipeline and CRM tools.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, government entities, and JV partners.
  • Support the evaluation and onboarding of consortium/JV partners during bidding.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials for management.
  • Represent Al-Ayuni in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or project coordination within infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience in prequalification, tendering, and proposal preparation.
  • Strong market knowledge and experience engaging with clients and government stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and business writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/project tracking tools, and Oracle CX.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated success in expanding market share and converting opportunities to awarded projects.
  • Experience working with regional and top-tier clients in KSA and GCC.
  • Track record of building and managing strategic partnerships and consortiums.
