Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research opportunities in new/existing markets.
  2. Develop target client lists to secure revenue, sales, and profit.
  3. Maintain a healthy prospect portfolio significantly exceeding sales targets.
  4. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  5. Achieve or exceed sales targets while ensuring profitability.
  6. Attract new clients by targeting decision makers and arranging meetings to pitch services.
  7. Collaborate with team members to create solutions for client needs.
  8. Build positive partnerships and act as the primary contact for sales queries.
  9. Maintain strong client relationships through communication and excellent service.
  10. Monitor competitors and gather intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  11. Contribute market intelligence to sales planning.
  12. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts to HQ.
Profile & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years management experience, preferably in catering or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of business, financial, and operational principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Ability to develop strong internal relationships.
  • Experience in preparing financial summaries for pricing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations.
  • Understanding of Saudi Arabia's laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
