Our client a leading credit insurance company based in Riyadhs looking for a highly skilled and proactive individual to drive the expansion of their portfolio through the acquisition of new customer. The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, with expertise in understanding industry specifics and the ability to cultivate a strong network of contacts among mid-to-large clients, market players, and key opinion leaders. With a proven track record in lead generation and conversion, this role requires a business‑savvy professional who can effectively collaborate with other core functions within the organisation. Exceptional negotiation skills and a strong relationship‑building approach are essential for success, ensuring the candidate can drive business growth while navigating complex market dynamics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage partnerships with brokers, banks, and fronters, ensuring consistent monthly submissions.
  • Execute commercial underwriting duties in line with the provided authority.
  • Actively participate in marketing and awareness events to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects while fostering relationships with mid-to-large clients, market players, and opinion leaders.
  • Ensure long‑term profitability and customer portfolio quality by adhering to proper policy terms and conditions
  • Meet portfolio growth and quality objectives by:
    • Generating a pipeline through self‑prospecting that aligns with target profiles.
    • Converting generated and received leads into active clients.
    • Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group‑wide quality service standards.
    • Analysing prospect needs and business models to effectively structure policies.
    • Collecting necessary information and coordinating with commercial and risk underwriting teams on quotations and pre‑checks.
    • Ensuring prospects fully understand policy coverage and processes before formalising agreements.
    • Complying with commercial underwriting standards to guarantee portfolio profitability and quality. Leverage market knowledge to provide expert insights on market specifics, driving strategic decision‑making.
    • Build and extend networks through close contact with clients, market influencers, and industry players.
    • Generate and convert leads into long‑term business opportunities.
    • Liaise with internal teams and other core business functions to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
    • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and successful client engagement.
