Job description

Responsible for Enterprise Business including enterprise networking and CCTV solution. Promoting enterprise-level & SMB products through projects and tenders.

Achieving the BU sales target and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, including SI/Consultant /End Users
  • Promote and popularize TP-Link business networking solutions to target customers, and provide expert advice to clients on product features and solutions
  • Search and capture the needs of Vertical sectors (commercial sectors like construction/residency/hospitality and Public sector like Hospital/School)
  • Identify partnership opportunities, customer Relationship Management (CRM), and develop new relationships to grow business
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Acquire and interpret the RFP, think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Coordinate with internal teams to popularize the solution through conferences, meetings, and workshops

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a BDM or sales manager & Executive in the enterprise technology sector.
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking solutions and products.
  • Valuable client database including B2B partners (VAD/SI) and end users (Public/private sectors).
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years+ experience in IT infrastructures field.
  • Arabic as native language or fluent Arabic communication.
