Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads to drive business growth and success in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Create marketing strategies: Develop and execute effective marketing plans to promote the company's industrial services. Identify targeted markets, conduct market research, and determine the best communication channels to reach potential clients.
- Branding and positioning: Build a strong brand for the company, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Define the unique selling propositions and value propositions of the services to differentiate them from competitors.
- Lead generation: Generate quality leads through various channels such as advertising campaigns, content marketing, and social media. Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Digital marketing: Utilize digital platforms to enhance the company's online presence. Manage the company website, optimize SEO, and analyze digital marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Marketing collateral: Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos to showcase the company's services and expertise. Ensure all materials align with the company's brand identity.
- Client relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and gather feedback to adapt marketing strategies.
- Market analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Additional responsibilities: Manage creation of marketing materials, act as a spokesperson when needed, build and maintain marketing media, participate in CSR and events, and contribute to increasing overall revenue and sales.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze monthly BFRM reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the same field with an industrial service company.
- Full-time employment.
- Relevant industry knowledge in construction and civil engineering.
- Experience in business development, lead generation, and digital marketing.
