Job description

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads to drive business growth and success in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create marketing strategies: Develop and execute effective marketing plans to promote the company's industrial services. Identify targeted markets, conduct market research, and determine the best communication channels to reach potential clients.
  2. Branding and positioning: Build a strong brand for the company, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Define the unique selling propositions and value propositions of the services to differentiate them from competitors.
  3. Lead generation: Generate quality leads through various channels such as advertising campaigns, content marketing, and social media. Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
  4. Digital marketing: Utilize digital platforms to enhance the company's online presence. Manage the company website, optimize SEO, and analyze digital marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  5. Marketing collateral: Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos to showcase the company's services and expertise. Ensure all materials align with the company's brand identity.
  6. Client relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and gather feedback to adapt marketing strategies.
  7. Market analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Additional responsibilities: Manage creation of marketing materials, act as a spokesperson when needed, build and maintain marketing media, participate in CSR and events, and contribute to increasing overall revenue and sales.
  9. Reporting: Generate and analyze monthly BFRM reports.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same field with an industrial service company.
  • Full-time employment.
  • Relevant industry knowledge in construction and civil engineering.
  • Experience in business development, lead generation, and digital marketing.
