FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking systems and access control, counting on 53 sales companies in 29 countries, across 5 continents, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants is looking for a Business Development Executive that will be part of our company based in Riyad, Saudi Arabia.

The Business Development Executive (BDE) – KSA is primarily responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining business opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in alignment with company objectives.

Responsabilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in KSA through market research, networking, and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Follow and improve the current sales workflow while bringing innovative ideas to enhance business development efforts.
  • Manage the initiation of the sales cycle, from lead generation stage and coordinate and assist the sales team in finalization of the sales cycle.
  • Document all BD activities, client interactions, and market insights using CRM tools and reporting structures.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, quality assurance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and sales opportunities with concurrent deadlines, maintaining professionalism and strategic focus.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with business development activities and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support the company’s strategic plans by contributing to market expansion, revenue growth, and brand positioning in KSA.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology, industrial, or access solutions sectors.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Other Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Saudi market, business culture, and industry trends.
  • Attitude: Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
  • Must have the ability to develop long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners, engineers, owners, and contractors.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to write professional correspondence and proposals.
  • Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to solve problems effectively while collaborating with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities efficiently.
