Job Opportunity: Business Development (IT Solutions) - Riyadh, KSA

We have an urgent opening for a Business Development professional specializing in IT Solutions for our client in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow revenue and profit for the organization.
  • Position products and solutions to create and identify customer needs.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with resellers, vendors, and end customers.
  • Develop awareness and capability within the partner community.
  • Develop and manage business pipelines from leads to closure.
  • Accurate forecast management aligned with management expectations.
  • Develop and execute business plans to meet objectives within set timelines.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 8 to 15 years of overall IT industry sales/BD experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Currently based in Riyadh with good knowledge of the KSA IT market.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Experience with IT distribution partners is essential.
  • Relationship management experience with resellers, SIs, RTMs, and end customers.
  • IT or Engineering tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Relevant certifications from solution providers/vendors are advantageous.
  • Transferable Iqama without complications.
  • Fluency in Arabic (speaking and writing) is essential.
