Job description

Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Hydrogen Analyst in Hydrogen to join our Hydrogen Department.

The Hydrogen Department is responsible for advancing the development of low carbon hydrogen business, capturing domestic and global opportunities to monetize the Kingdom's gas resources and reserves, and establishing Aramco's presence in the clean energy sector.

Your primary role is to enhance the commercial viability of Low Carbon Hydrogen/Ammonia in various markets, focusing on the Saudi Domestic Market. You will support the implementation of strategies for the commercialization of Low Carbon Ammonia and Hydrogen, including screening, analyzing, planning, and developing new business opportunities while supporting existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with capabilities and objectives.
  3. Lead and support negotiations and develop commercial contracts with potential customers.
  4. Contribute to the department and company's involvement in market opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  2. At least 12 years of experience in a commercial role within the energy, industrial gases, or related markets.
  3. Knowledge of power markets, IGCs/LNG markets, and/or Hydrogen/Ammonia markets is preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of financial analysis and commercial transactions.
  5. Experience in stakeholder management to ensure successful business outcomes.
  6. Expertise in business and regulatory practices.
