Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Interior Design - Furniture & fit-out projects market, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architect fit-out projects market
  2. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company objectives
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
  6. Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
  7. Negotiate and close contracts with clients
  8. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback
  9. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and develop new business relationships
  10. Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals and bids
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, preferably in the architect fit-out projects market
  3. Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
  4. Strong understanding of the interior Design - Furniture & fit-out projects market in Saudi Arabia
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  9. Fluency in Arabic and English is required
