Job Purpose
Experts at this level are responsible for advising on STC's commercial portfolio of products & services, pricing, promotion, campaigns, and demand forecasting activities associated with Marketing & Communication. They also advise on the complete customer lifecycle and experience to create improved value for the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Product
- Provide advice in defining product lifecycle, roadmap, design, development, and management.
- Suggest product design, solutions, and enhance the product portfolio and value proposition by utilizing market insights.
- Provide guidance on product visibility and implementation to improve customer perceptions and experiences.
- Offer expert advice on managing leads, product launches, integrating products into IT systems, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Advise on developing new product proposals to justify feasibility.
- Develop detailed approaches for product launches ('go to market').
- Advise on Qitaf and Tamayouz profitability, program performance, and drive regular evolution strategies and corrective actions.
Monitor the market and channels for sales, adhere to legislation and regulatory requirements, and suggest strategies accordingly.
Job Responsibilities (Cont.)
Generic Role - Analyze market and competitor data related to STC’s products and services to devise effective action plans for maximizing sales, revenues, and market share.
- Manage marketing and corporate communication projects and initiatives as required.
- Advise on developing annual marketing plans, including budgets, business cases, and pricing, based on in-depth analysis.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to apply research findings effectively.
- Review technical documentation related to Marketing and Corporate Communication before submission to management.
- Maintain effective relationships with external vendors such as media agencies, event management, and market research firms, ensuring queries are addressed.
Advise on risk identification and mitigation related to Marketing and Communication to address business and financial risks.
Experience & Education - 6-8 years of experience in marketing, market research, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, or related fields within the telecommunications industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
