Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is key to driving company growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate is a confident negotiator, excellent communicator, and proactive relationship builder with a passion for sales and client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including corporate and hospitality segments
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth
  • Initiate contact with potential leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and events
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and sales presentations tailored to client requirements
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company policies
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Design, Operations, and Finance) to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to management
  • Monitor competitor activity and market shifts to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge
  • Support account management and growth of existing clients by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in the luxury, hospitality, or service industries
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and goal orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
