Ideal Qualifications / المؤهلات المثالية
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Services/Systems, or related field.

- Languages:
- Fluent Arabic and English (written & spoken) – must handle client meetings and proposals in both.
- Experience:
- 2–5 years in B2B sales (ERP, SaaS, or Marketing Services).
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP (preferred, not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities / المهام الأساسية
- Sales & Client Acquisition
- Generate and close new deals for Odoo ERP implementation projects (main focus).
- Sell Marketing Services packages (secondary focus).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across Saudi SMEs and mid-market.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue opportunities (direct leads, referrals, platforms مثل اعتماد).
- Develop partnerships with consultants, accountants, and agencies for referrals.
- Attend networking events and represent the company professionally.
- Coordination & Account Management
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations (Arabic/English).
- Coordinate with freelancers/subcontractors for project execution.
- Track leads and deals in CRM, provide weekly pipeline reports.
- Marketing Support (Secondary)
- Provide input on campaign strategy and messaging.
- Oversee freelancers handling website updates, ads, and content.
- Ensure campaigns align with client expectations and agency standards.
Key Skills / المهارات الأساسية
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic & English).
- Strong understanding of B2B decision-making cycles.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media).
- Ability to qualify leads quickly and manage a sales pipeline.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple clients/projects at once.
