Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a full-time B2B Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in ERP or marketing services sales. Responsibilities include generating new leads, closing contracts for Odoo ERP projects, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English. Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken) – must handle client meetings and proposals in both.
  • 2–5 years in B2B sales (ERP, SaaS, or Marketing Services).
  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP (preferred, not mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new deals for Odoo ERP implementation projects.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities through direct leads, referrals, and platforms.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in Arabic/English.

Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic & English)
Strong understanding of B2B decision-making cycles
Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media)
Ability to qualify leads quickly and manage a sales pipeline

Key Responsibilities / المهام الأساسية
  1. Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Generate and close new deals for Odoo ERP implementation projects (main focus).
  • Sell Marketing Services packages (secondary focus).
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across Saudi SMEs and mid-market.
  1. Business Development
  • Identify and pursue opportunities (direct leads, referrals, platforms مثل اعتماد).
  • Develop partnerships with consultants, accountants, and agencies for referrals.
  • Attend networking events and represent the company professionally.
  1. Coordination & Account Management
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations (Arabic/English).
  • Coordinate with freelancers/subcontractors for project execution.
  • Track leads and deals in CRM, provide weekly pipeline reports.
  1. Marketing Support (Secondary)
  • Provide input on campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Oversee freelancers handling website updates, ads, and content.
  • Ensure campaigns align with client expectations and agency standards.
