A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join their Manpower Division team. Eram Talent specializes in providing recruitment solutions to clients across various industries, and the Manpower Division focuses on sourcing and supplying qualified manpower to meet client requirements. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding the client base in the manpower division. You will proactively identify potential clients, build and nurture relationships, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.


Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and qualify potential clients in need of manpower services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their manpower requirements and offering tailored solutions
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
