Job Overview:



We are looking for a seasoned professional based in Saudi Arabia, with a strong background in the E-Learning/ Training industry, and an in-depth understanding of the Saudi local market. You will beresponsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships for clients in KSA. In addition to acquiring new clients, increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling, resolving client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.



As the Business Development Executive in KSA you will:



  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients in KSA to retain and grow them.
  • Acquire new clients in Saudi market, work with them end-to-end; from prospecting to closing and meeting individual and team targets.
  • Increase revenue and retention rate for accounts in KSA through driving intentional upsell and cross-sell motions to meet the clients’ business objectives.
  • Demonstrate, deliver, and help unlock product ROI for clients to help businesses growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the account segment.
  • Resolve all client complaints, requests, and inquiries within the predetermined SLAs.
  • Align with internal cross-functional partners (Customer Success, Product, Marketing, etc.) with frontline insights/ customers’ needs to design a robust go-to-market strategy to nurture and grow our Accounts.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:



  • Proven experience of 3 years in business development or sales, preferably in the E-Learning/ Training industry.
  • Experience in the Saudi market
  • Saudi nationality is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant major
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical ideas for non-technical audiences
  • Able to prioritize and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with CRM is preferred, HubSpot is preferred
  • Excellent command of the English Language (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
