Job Description:

1. Identify and qualify potential customers in diversified industries like Water, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Building Materials, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverages, etc.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel, contractors, and government stakeholders.
3. Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to KSA and Bahrain market needs.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
5. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure profitability and compliance.
6. Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic growth plans.
7. Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. At least 5-10 years' experience in the same field.
2. Fluency in spoken and written English and excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Friendly, polite, positive attitude exhibiting good behavior and conduct.
5. Able to travel within the country and throughout the GCC when required.
6. Holder of a valid KSA or Bahrain driver's license.
7. Ability to motivate and energize fellow team members.
8. Will be judged and compensated according to results.
9. Ability to communicate effectively with excellent written and oral skills.
10. Experience in the preparation and submission of tenders, quotations, and proposals.
11. An ability to discuss and understand requirements of consultants and clients.
12. An ability to deal with suppliers for the procurement of materials.
