Role: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a passionate individual about the aviation industry, skilled in sales, negotiations, problem-solving, or experienced in brokering cargo charter flights to join our team in Riyadh. If this describes you, we want to hear from you!

Purpose of the Role

  • Identify and secure business opportunities across all Chapman Freeborn products proactively.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, develop new business through leads, recommendations, and networking.
  • Develop cargo sales strategies and implement related business objectives in KSA aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy

  • Identify growth opportunities in KSA to meet business targets.
  • Explore new areas for business development.
  • Monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Align with group sales and operations strategies.
  • Collaborate with local broker departments, providing support throughout the brokering process.

Client Relationship Management

  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements and source suitable aircraft charter solutions.
  • Cold call prospective clients to expand the client base.
  • Visit potential and existing clients to generate further business.
  • Maintain and develop relationships to maximize opportunities and client loyalty.

Coordination with Management

  • Work in harmony with Group Cargo and OBC Sales Directors and senior management to ensure alignment of operational and sales activities.
  • Build rapport with leadership to effectively implement cargo strategies.

Communication

  • Participate in conference calls for information sharing.
  • Stay updated on activities of sales staff via communication networks.
  • Coordinate with airlines regarding availability and maximize sales.
  • Handle sensitive data confidentially and professionally.

Information Management

  • Record customer and sales activity in CRM timely as per regional manager’s instructions.
  • Stay informed about aircraft capabilities, airport procedures, and aircraft availability.

Marketing

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with Group Marketing to promote the organization’s brand.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Ensure marketing materials comply with Group procedures.

Policies and Procedures

  • Adhere to group policies and procedures to protect interests.
  • Identify and minimize legal and commercial risks through effective communication and support.

Other Duties

  • Perform additional duties as required, including travel and participation in out-of-hours duties.
  • Stay updated on industry changes and participate in continuous professional development.
