Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the freight forwarding industry (Air, Sea, and Road).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Import/Export Air & Sea).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitors and identify client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing the company s logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and service agreements with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications via CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand business reach.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2 5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of Air, Sea, and Road freight processes and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing client network in logistics/freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Familiarity with key trade routes and global shipping trends.
