Position Summary:


  • Business Development Executive– Roles & Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Drive the complete sales process from prospecting and lead qualification through to contract closure and post-sale support.
  • Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture vendor relationships; ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain performance standards.
  • Client Enablement: Facilitate client success by providing actionable insights, structured enablement programs, and ensuring clients have the necessary resources and training.
  • Documentation Support: Assist in preparing detailed proposals, contracts, and other essential documentation to support sales and business initiatives.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Mentor and support team members engaged in pre-sales activities by providing guidance on process methodologies, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Lead Conversion: Proactively convert leads into closed deals by understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and leading negotiations.
  • Regional Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with regional clients—organizing regular conversations to gather critical feedback, update on new developments, and address any concerns to foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications


Anyone with 3+ years of experience with Inside Sales/ Business Development in Oracle Sales ERP or SaaS based companies. Preferably in Sales of Oracle ERP products.


  • Should have working experience of Inside Sales / Business Development process.
