The Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within the company to promote its Products & services. This includes working closely with other company executives and management team, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business and identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offering solutions to their problems and developing customized proposals, strategies, and presentations to satisfy the clients' specific business needs.
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients and ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up and developing trusted relationships with key decision makers.
Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation and managing virtual and in-person sales meetings, coordinating with the managers of the Studio/New Media/Production to receive the completed tasks/jobs/projects and submit to the clients, following up with the clients to get feedback and modifications if required, until project completion.
Ensuring all the information of the projects of the clients is kept in a systematic manner, updated frequently, and coordinated properly with the concerned parties.
Job Requirements:
Arabic / English Speaker.
Must have solid experience working in creative agencies/advertising agencies/printing presses/designing firms.
Must have high business development, customer service, and communication skills.
Must have a BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
