Job description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to spearhead Brady’s growth initiatives, primarily within the oil and gas sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong industry relationships, and solid understanding of oil and gas operations. The BDE will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, developing partnership, and driving revenue growth through strategic customer engagement and market expansion.

This function reports to the General Manager in Saudi and closely works with the Channel Manager.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent through experience.
  • Proven track record in business development (B2B) and account management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development and account management in the oil and gas sector in Saudi Arabia
  • Knowledge of industry-specific challenges, procurement cycles and local regulations.
  • Experience with vendor registration processes, including prequalification and approval with major oil and gas companies.
  • Deep understanding of the oil and gas sector and familiarity with key players in Saudi Arabia (e.g. Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SATORP, Ma’aden, EPC contractors)
  • Familiarity with the specification process, including influencing product specifications with consultants, EPCs or end users.
  • Awareness of current industry trends, ESG compliance, localization initiatives (e.g. IKTVA)
  • Excellent lead generation, qualification, proposal development and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to assess customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.

Worklocation: Dammam or Khobar preffered – Travel is required within the region.
