Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience:

• Strong understanding of the construction industry and project lifecycle.
• Microsoft Office suite professional, CRM tools, Adobe acrobat, or similar tools experience is a must.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Troubleshoots minor technical issues independently to avoid delays.
