Overview about the position:
JP Legal is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant with a legal background to drive the growth of our legal services portfolio in the B2B sector. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, managing and expanding client relationships, and promoting our legal service offerings with a consultative, client-first approach.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, preferably in consultancy or professional services, and the ability to understand and communicate complex corporate and commercial legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential corporate clients across various industries who may benefit from our legal services.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to foster client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Consultative Selling:
Understand each client’s legal needs and offer tailored solutions from our service portfolio, with a focus on corporate, commercial, and advisory services.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Track and manage the sales pipeline and activities via CRM tools.
Product & Service Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JP Legal’s full legal service offering to effectively position and present relevant solutions to clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closing:
Lead negotiations, manage proposal processes, ensure pricing alignment, and successfully close sales agreements in coordination with internal teams.
Internal Collaboration:
Liaise with legal and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery to new clients.
Market Intelligence:
Gather and communicate insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform service enhancements and business strategy.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (Legal background required).
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a professional services or legal consultancy environment.
Proven ability to sell complex solutions using a consultative approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and CRM management abilities.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
