The Business Development Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, promoting company products, and building client relationships. The candidate must have strong research, communication, and presentation skills, and be fluent in English (written and spoken) and a native Arabic speaker. The candidate must also be a strong collaborator that can work with internal and external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Own the entire proposal process: Identify customers' needs, develop creative concepts, produce financial quotes, and assemble complete proposals ready for submission.
Complete thorough research studies and benchmarks.
Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communication.
Maintain the Business Development database using organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
Ensure that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.
Manage customer relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
