Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our services. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and business opportunities in the target market.
• Develop strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
• Deliver presentations and product demos to showcase our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare reports on sales performance.
• Represent the company at industry events and provide customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven success in business development within financial services.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Familiarity with the Middle East market is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; Hindi and Arabic are advantageous.
