Job description

Owns proposals end to end, combining content writing, deck design, financial interpretation, and coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of proposals as well as support high-stakes bid submissions.

Own the full proposal lifecycle: structure, content, visual quality, and delivery.

Coordinate with clients to request clarifications, submit follow-ups, and manage post-submission communications.

Work cross-functionally with different departments to gather inputs and translate them into compelling proposal narratives.

Ensure proposals align with Ajdan’s brand and strategic positioning.

Support presentation delivery and proposal walkthroughs with clients or partners.
