Position Summary:
Responsibility to co-pilot the business to ensure the market is on track to achieve its targets
- Co-pilots business development and decision-making in the market, partnering with Commercial Managers.
- Builds business plans and identifies gaps and opportunities to reach targets.
- Consolidates sales activities within the commercial channels, integrating them into budgeting and forecasting.
- Manages the MBP process for accurate sales and expense forecasting.
- Monitors actuals, identifies gaps, finds root causes, and implements corrective actions.
- Delivers business updates to ManCom and identifies risks and opportunities in the plan.
A Day in the Life of a Performance Marketing Specialist
- Facilitates Operational Plan consolidation, challenging budget owners and commercial teams to set achievable goals.
- Participates in generating demand strategy development and ensures execution aligns with the strategy.
- Optimizes sales investments, establishing and rolling out ROI evaluation strategies.
- Prepares, analyzes, and communicates sales and TTS reports, linking actuals with risks and opportunities.
- Monitors sales MOGEs and advises on resource planning and variance tracking.
- Ensures compliance with internal and external sales practices and controls.
- Acts as the ambassador between finance and sales teams for transparency and collaboration.
- Provides financial insights for business growth and customer supply chain initiatives.
- Develops a global community of sales co-pilots.

What will make you successful
Education:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Professional experience:
- 5-8 years in Finance/Controlling, preferably in FMCG.
- 2+ years in Sales or Commercial Finance partnering.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of trade spend, customer profitability, and commercial strategy.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Advanced financial modeling and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset.
