Job Purpose

  • Installed Base Services Sales and Business expansion OI contribution.
  • Drive long-term agreements and solution support programs in the installed base business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments including Regional Services, TSD, PDC/System Engineering, and COE.
  • Customer engagement and support satisfaction responsibility in solution installed bases.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Generate revenue to achieve the BU OI target from installed base business.
  • Identify solution expansion, migration, and enhancement opportunities from the installed base.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
  • Maintain YODA/CRM updates and server access regularly.
  • Serve as a site information resource for proposal support, site surveys, and attend TQ meetings/presentations with customers.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly sales meetings to share market information, issues, and concerns.
  • Maintain the solution blueprint for the entire MEA region to ensure consistent performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role or with Yokogawa knowledge.
  • Experience in the Middle East is preferable.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is preferable.

Competencies

Knowledge of Yokogawa's advanced technologies and software for manufacturing execution systems (MES), advanced process control, simulation & modeling, and supply chain management is highly desirable.
